Work Needs to be Done.....



     Hey everyone!

   I really need to make some changes in my fix.....First, I need to keep track of what I have been eating, Second: I need to start exercising more, Third: I need to keep up with my homework for the fix more.


     NSV ALERT!!!!!

  I have this really cute dress that I wear to church and it has been a little tight on the top part and this past Sunday I tried it on.......It wasn't tight anymore!!!! *does the happy dance* YAY!

     Bad news:

   It has been really hard to get back on the fix since Thanksgiving and I didn't do so well on my weigh-in day...I GAINED 0.4 of a pound.....:p It probably didn't help that I went out with my Grandpa to a Japanese steakhouse on Sunday (if you have ever heard of a place called Wasabi, (I'm not sure if it's a chain restaurant or not) make sure to get the fillet mignon with a lobster tail).........

     There isn't much more to say about this week.....soooo yea....that's it....Gosh I really need to come up with an ending to these blogs....

Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving........

Well, It's almost Thanksgiving and guess what? I AM GOING OUT!

     My family and I are going to go to Cracker Barrel and guess what else? I AM HAVING A DARN PIECE OF PIE!!!! I an VERY excited. :) Might have to exercise a little more this week, but that's all right. :)

  Guess what else. I AM DOWN 12 LBS AND 11 INCHES! *does the happy dance*

  But anyway's.....Exercising is getting a LOT easier for me. I went from having to do wall-ups (push-ups on the wall) to a mix between push-ups on my knees and regular push-ups. I have also seen more definition in my calves and my biceps.

 Did you know that Babybell Light Cheese is actually better for you than most cheeses? Well, its true!

Sorry!

  




Hey everyone!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. It's been pretty busy around here lately.

     I just finished my exercise today. The Lower Fix. It's probably my favorite exercise.
My legs are already pretty defined, so that's probably why I like it so much.

     I tried a new shake recipe today. It was called chocolate peanut butter. It was really good, but it was definitely an afternoon shake though. You can see the recipe in the shakeology recipe page.

Totally Out of It

     


     Ugh. I am sooooo tired. I did my exercise pretty early this morning. Well, not for most people I guess.

     I might do another workout tonight. Not sure. If I do, it will probably be the lower fix like last night.
     
     Well.....That's pretty much it for now.

Happy Halloween!!!






     Happy Halloween everyone!!!

     WOW. I just had a GREAT workout. I know its a little later than usual, but oh well :) .

     I finished the Dirty 30 workout, but I needed more. So I also did the Lower Fix. Lovin' those calf raises!

     It wasn't a very eventful day. I mainly just watched Netflix. I didn't do anything for Halloween either. I don't even have a costume! But if YOU did something for Halloween, there is a list above for Halloween candy. It shows the how many calories for each candy, AND how to get rid of said calories.

Hurting!!!

   



     I just got done with my leg exercise. It was a good hurt, but my legs were already hurting from yesterday's workout! My favorite leg exercise was the calf raises. It hurt, but I could feel it working. :)  I had to keep telling myself "defined legs.......defined legs". It worked!

     I LOVE these workouts (I know, you would have never thought an 11 y/o would say that, but its true!). They feel good. (In a hurty kind of way) AND they work! Even if you only lose two pounds in the first week, It feels good because you know you are doing something about it.  You will appreciate it later, I promise.

     Even if you are on a different weight loss program, I definitely encourage you to keep going. It's worth it. :)
